In an ableist world, it can be easy to only remember accessibility as an afterthought. What's more, the burden of raising awareness about accessibility often falls disproportionately on our colleagues and friends who need the accessibility for their day-to-day. The reality is that all of us have a part to play— whether it's at the workplace or personal lives—to make sure that we're actively creating an inclusive environment that's accessible to everyone. This collection of Blinks provide first-hand accounts of what it means to live with a disability in a world designed for non-disabled people, and aims to encourage you to expand your definition of disability, and bring to light the challenges, and triumphs of individuals in the disability community so that we can start to see and act on the accessibility gaps we see around us.
