That being said, it’s an important part of changing the way you think about relationships. What is this crucial skill? The ability to control your emotions.
Any woman who’s been in the dating pool knows that there are men who’ll prey on a woman’s emotional nature to get what they want. But if you have a handle on your emotions, you limit how much these men can influence your actions.
Let’s look at a classic example – a guy breaks your heart by cheating on you. Any logical person would flip him the bird and move on with their life. But strong emotions can lead you to make excuses for someone’s bad behavior – even when you know it’s wrong.
