How to Create the Reality of Your Dreams
To improve something, you need a clear picture of what you’re working with. The first secret is all about getting a read on your emotional state – as well as the thoughts and beliefs driving it.
Your moods can fluctuate a lot, even in a single day. So to get an accurate reading, check in with yourself at four specific times per day, for 15 consecutive days. Set an alarm if you must.
