Leadership from the Inside Out summary

In prerevolutionary Russia, there was once a priest who was confronted by a soldier. The soldier, rifle in hand, demanded, “Who are you? Where are you going? Why are you going there?” The priest replied calmly, offering to pay the soldier to challenge him with these questions on a daily basis.
