Struggle for Power and Revenge

In Lords of the North by Bernard Cornwell, we step into the shoes of Uhtred, a Saxon nobleman turned Viking warrior. The story takes place in the 9th century, a time when England was divided into small kingdoms and Viking invaders threatened to take over.
