Heartbreak and Tragedy: Jenni Rivera’s Three Husbands

Born on July 2, 1969, in California, Jenni Rivera began her music career in the early 1990s and became a star in the United States and Mexico by 2005. Her personal life, including her relationships, attracted a lot of attention. She was married three times and had five children.

Jenni’s first husband was her high school boyfriend, José Trinidad Marín, who became the father of her first child when she was only 15. They got married and had two more children, but their relationship ended in divorce in 1992, citing physical and emotional abuse.

In 1997, Jenni’s sister Rosie accused José of sexually abusing her and also his children. After evading the law for nine years, he was convicted of sexual assault and rape in 2006 and sentenced to 31 years in prison.

Jenni’s second marriage to Juan López in 1997 resulted in two children, but their relationship ended in 2003 due to allegations of infidelity. López was a drug dealer and faced multiple convictions in his life. He died in prison in 2009.

In 2010, Jenni married for the third time. This time, she tied the knot with Esteban Loaiza, a retired professional baseball player. They filed for divorce in 2012, just months before Jenni’s death.

Jacqueline has three kids and owns her beauty line, “Jacqie Cosmetics.”
