A Guide to Allyship

Class, gender, and racial discrimination and prejudice persist till today due to the systems and structures that perpetuate these harmful beliefs. Despite allyship's buzzword status, there is still a lot to be done to dismantle these structures and bring about much needed change—and here's where you come in. It starts with educating yourself on why these systems still exist, how they affect people in your working and private lives, and finding out how you can lend your active and overt support—even if it means reducing your personal gains and privileges.
