Robert Kegan is a psychologist and professor at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a cofounder of Minds at Work – a coaching and consulting firm. Widely recognized for his pioneering work on adult development, Kegan has authored influential books such as The Evolving Self and In Over Our Heads.
Lisa Laskow Lahey is an educator, researcher, and cofounder of Minds at Work. Alongside her collaborations with Kegan, she coauthored How the Way We Talk Can Change the Way We Work and has been instrumental in applying developmental psychology principles to organizational change and personal transformation.
