At Blinkist, we dedicate our days to pulling the key points out of the best nonfiction books. To showcase those great ideas, we’ve created Blinkist Magazine: a finely-curated, themed digital publication full of original writing, interviews, and images.
Blinkist Magazine sits alongside our ever-expanding library of books in blinks. Each month our editorial team and special guest writers explore a world of ideas around a specific theme and transform them into a new edition. With an emphasis on lifelong learning, Blinkist Magazine offers readers a way to discover new perspectives on a vast range of topics, tackle complex subjects, and live better through books.
Blinkist believes that big ideas are for everyone. We’re life librarians, diving into the best books on productivity, psychology, and personal transformation to bring you insights and ideas that encourage smart living. Want to know about the lifestyles of the smart and famous? We’ll tell you. Need a new way to look at that business pitch? On it. Mindfulness? Don’t mind if we do. We bring you concepts that make a difference in your personal and professional life—and a few that are just for fun, too.
At Blinkist, we operate using Holacracy. This means that, rather than having a traditional top-down hierarchical management structure, we work in flat system made up of circles, roles, and accountabilities. Instead of formal job descriptions, we identify what roles are need to complete tasks and then find the right people for those roles. Holacracy is central to the Blinkist mission and it encourages all of us to be empowered by our day-to-day work and keeps us actively learning every day.
Have you read a nonfiction book recently that blew your mind? Have you any thoughts or experience with lifelong learning? Do you have any opinions about any of the topics that we are writing about? Please let us know. You can write to us anytime at [email protected]
